Jennifer Rompre fell in love with photography while taking a black-and-white darkroom class in high school and has pursued the art form ever since.

Her photos have been published by Boston Magazine and Babson Literary Magazine, and she is currently pursuing the opportunity of exhibiting her photos for the local public. Jennifer has taken elite photography classes at the New England School of Photography (NESOP) in downtown Boston, MA and at the University of Richmond in Florence, Italy. She currently practices digital photography, but is very comfortable in a darkroom as well. As you'll see, her preferred type of shots are portraits that tell a story and landscapes.

Jennifer comes from a family of photographers, and will be the third generation proudly carrying the 'Rompre Photography' name. Rompre Photography was started in the early 1950's- with Bertrand C. Rompre photographing weddings and events for local newspapers. Soon after his son Bertrand K. Rompre joined him in his creative endeavors. Jennifer hopes to breathe new life into the family legacy and carry it forward.
